Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

Workplace mental ill-health refers to the psychological harm that workers may experience when they are exposed to workplace psychosocial hazards. Psychosocial hazards may exist if work is poorly designed, resourced and controlled or if the behaviours of co-workers are inadequately managed.

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing services are embedded within our industry-leading Mental Health Programme, which we call The Right Way to Wellbeing. Our approach includes:

  • Design, collection and interpretation of Mental Health Survey data.

  • Facilitation of Mental Health Risk Assessments.

  • Development of a bespoke Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme.

  • Managing Ego Training.

  • Advanced Resilience Training.

  • Return to Work (RTW) Programmes.

  • Motivational talks and coaching to support various national mental health initiatives, such as World Mental Health Day, RUOK? Day etc.
